Physical Artworks
If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase from Kate Southworth please let us know that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving your item. Please email us at contact@katesouthworth.art if you wish to receive a refund or exchange your item.

We will then send you a returns form with instructions about where to send your item. You must then return the unwanted item in its original condition and packaging.

It is strongly advised that you to use a recorded delivery service or obtain a Certificate of Posting as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us at Kate Southworth. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that the goods we send arrive in a faulty or damaged state, please email us at contact@katesouthworth.art for advice on how to return the item(s) in the original packaging with all relevant documentation. Please also state the nature of the defect and let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

Shipping costs for returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will let you know we have received it. After our team of professionals have inspected the item we will notify you immediately about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your debit/credit card statement.

One-off Classes
You can cancel your ticket for a one-off class 24hours prior to the event taking place and a full reimbursement will be made. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
